This recipe was inspired by the popular peanut butter chocolate! I was fed up of having simple plain overnight oats at work so I decided to snazz it up. It’s safe to say everyone in the office was jealous of me.


  • 50g Oats

  • 150ml Water

  • 25g Choc Protein Powder

  • 1btsp Peanut Butter (crunchy is best)

  • 2 Pieces Dark Chocolate

  • Peanut Butter Cups (optional)


  1. Mix together the oats, water and protein powder and microwave for 15 seconds.

  2. Place into your cup and leave to rest overnight.

  3. In the morning melt the dark chocolate in the microwave.

  4. While the chocolate is melting add the peanut butter onto the top of the oats.

  5. Pour over the chocolate (optional: swirl in some peanut butter to get the pattern).

  6. Place in the fridge until set.

  7. (optional): Add on some peanut butter cups!
